Chaser was born in 1988 — in the slums of Beverly Hills, California — back when punk tees were hand-pulled, not mass-produced. What started as a garage hustle for wannabe rock stars and street kids became the go-to uniform for rule-breakers with taste. We’ve grown up, but not out.
